TARGET CLOTHING HAUL/LOOKBOOK

All clothing was purchased by me

round 3

Hi Guys & Dolls! I’ve been on a major Target kick lately- their plus-size clothing is really good this season, at least better than it was last year! I’ve been really into dresses since they are easy, breezy and easily take me form day to night. I’ve worn all of these out and I think I’ve been complimented on every piece, especially the high-low dresses. This is shape that I love because it’s almost like a frame for your legs- and the shape is flattering! I hope this trend doesn’t end- at least for dresses & skirts Target tapped into a lot of trends and are long-time loves of mine, such as Mint, Purple, Hot-Coral, Stripes, and Polka Dots! That Black Striped & green bottom dress would have been Perfect in my nautical look book! If you get anything from Target this season share it with me!

Strappy high-low dress in 3 colors $29.99 each
Casual high-low Skirt $24.99
Mint Lace & Navy Polka Dot Dress $27.99
Black & White Stripes & Emerald Dress $27.99
Pastel Plaid Button-up $24.99
Leopard Print & Petal Print Dress $27.99 Each

A little advice about Target’s Clothing sizes:
I’ve noticed that in the “Women’s” brands (Mossimo, Merona, etc) I usually will wear my size, or one size down depending on the fit, but in the “Juniors” brands (Xhilaration, Pure Energy) I need a size up form my normal size almost all of the time. Hope this helps! In my case I did have a bit of back & fourth, ordering online & then returning in store, which is why this is do delayed (one thing appears to be sold out!). About half of this was bought online, the other half in stores. Of course I wish more plus-sizes were available in-store, but I was able to snag 20% off women’s clothing online!

  1. I’m mad jealous of the high/low dresses. I wanted them, but their waistline just does not work on me. In fact all these elasticized waists this season haven’t worked because I have a long torso, so it ends up looking like a badly proportioned empire waist on me. if i pull it down it looks weird, but if I pull it up it looks like I have gigantic droopy boobs. Such a bummer because they look so cute on the hanger, and on you!

  2. I got the Black & White Stripes & Emerald Dress and another one just like that one but with denim top and like a tribal bottom, the 1x i found that the waist line was a little too tight for my like so i ad to size up and now i have to sow in a little the top part. But i loved them.

  3. I love your fashion! You need to be my personal stylist lol. This might be a weird request… But would you do a blog or video on what undergarments you use. That sounds so horrible lol but I mean spanx, bras and stuff. I am plus sized and I would like to just ‘smooth out the edges’ if ya know what I mean lol. Do you have a favorite store or brand you would recommend? Keep being awesome!

  4. Found your blog through a google search of orange lipsticks! Target has been on point with the clothes this season, I just wish they had more in store to choose from, instead of just online. I bought that aqua high/low dress from Target, but I thought the high/low difference was too dramatic for me to pull off, plus I’m really tall and the high part was too short.

I really wanted those red polka dot pants from Torrid, but the sizing on the legs was really narrow, at least for me. Glad someone gets to enjoy them!
