Beginner Friendly Smoky Eyes {Full Face Tutorial}

Hi Guys & Dolls!

I was just noticing how long my roots are; Hello natural hair color! The weirdest thing is I kinda like it with the faded out pink & purple, with the middle part it looks sort of low-key and beachy. I think when it does come time to recolor it I’m going to leave the front section blond. It’s easier to maintain, and then I won’t have those first few days of “purple forehead fun times.”

Why am I talking about my hair?

Today I’m sharing with you a tutorial for the makeup I’ve been wearing in my last two videos (Back to Mac & Nordstrom Rack, & June Faves With Mikey). It’s a simple look so I thought this would be a great opportunity to do a really in depth step-by-step Beginner Friendly tutorial where I break down the what, whys and hows more than I normally do (though I have been told my videos are usually very informative anyway). In the video I share lighting tips, getting it even, how to apply liquid liner for beginners or people with shaky hands. I even give Dupes! I used all MAC brushes & eyeshadows because MAC is one of the easiest brands to look up dupes for. I hope this is helpful ^_^

For those of you itching for a more exciting tutorial -get excited- because I’ve got a costume look coming up- I’m looking to finish off the Disney Princess Series. Also for everyone who can’t get enough of Mikey (I can’t blame you, he’s adorable) we’re going to be starting a vlog channel soon, we just want to have some videos stored up/make a great intro to the channel video. I’m also working on a Draw My Life video, who knew that would be so hard?!ย All in all, I have tons of stuff coming up!!

    I personally love your natural color. It is BEA U TI FULLLL. And your roots are not bad at all. I didn’t even notice them till you mentioned it.

      Thanks! I think the blondness helps them blend in. I’m mostly self conscious about the blond to black roots.
