DUDE! It’s Dry! My Winter Skin & Hair Care

Hey Guys & Dolls!

For the past several years, as winter settles in, I’m in complete denial that my skin needs a lot more TLC. I usually wait until my skin gets dry to take action… and by then it’s about repairing damage not preventing it. This year I decided to get prepared early- but then the cold dry weather came early too (thanks a lot mother nature!). Luckily I seem to have caught it in time, and my hair and skin is doing really great so far (knock on wood!).

The Retinol I talked about is Peter Thomas Roth Retinol Fusion PM

  • I have the Philosophy shower gel too (Raspberry!) and whoah it smells so good (Also simply a good amount of product for the price in my opinion). Once I run out of this bottle I’m planning on trying a ton of other scents (Sadly no pearly ones where I live Q.Q)

  • I have very dry patches around my ears, too. I’m thinking I’ll have to give it a try! I just love your blog and have spent many hours watching all your fabulousness!! I have only recently gotten into having fun with makeup and enjoy learning all your awesome tips!! Thanks for sharing!! P.S. I am so happy Downton is back on!!! 🙂

  • Lush’s Lemon Flutter cuticle cream.
This stuff is amazing. It smells great, is super moisturizing, and a little goes a long way. You can put it on any dry areas like your elbows and feet. Put it on over night and it works wonders. I love this stuff.

  • Cora – You mention in your video that you advocate people make their own scrubs. I thought that was a great idea, but I’ve seen so many recipes online…do you have one that is your go-to or will any do? ALSO…do you have a favorite lip scrub that you purchase or make? Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance if you answer them!

  • Cora, please make your vid about facial moisturizer, I’m have an awful time time trying to find one that works wnd won’t break me out. Thanks!
