MOON PRISM POWER MAKE UP! When I heard that Torrid was doing a Sailor Moon collection, I’m pretty sure I blacked out. I’ve been waiting more than 20 years for this, and now it was really happening. I was 11 when my friend Rachel tried getting me interested in Anime, and Sailor Moon was my gateway drug. It came on at 8:30am, so I’d record the episodes on VHS and then watch them twice when I got home from school. I collected every sticker, action figure- anything I could get my hands on. I had one sailor moon tee which I quickly outgrew when puberty kicked in, though I still wore it all cracked and faded for years. I have a few T-Shirts that Torrid ahd done over the years, and now Torrid has launched it’s Sailor Moon collection and it’s even better than I imagined.
Tank, Leggings Jacket & Shoes unavailable.
The Tank Top fits AMAZING! I have mine in a 2 and it fits lovely! Had to rock these leggings with lace-up flats. I just need some white lace socks! These fit amazing in my normal size 3 bottoms. I love the navy color with the pale pink tank.
🎵Fighting Evil By Moonlight 🎵
The details of the mesh are utter perfection. Bows, Hearts, Ribbons and moons! I’ve always loved how feminine the Sailor Moon universe was. She didn’t have to be a anything other than a girl to take down the Negaforce! The Tank is a bit sheer which I think looks great with my pink bra!
this Kimono is still available in several sizes as is this Sailor Scout Skater Dress!
This collection is selling out FAST so if you want it, you gotta ‘book it’.

Here’s a cute plus-size summer outfit I adore! I love getting tanks and graphic tees from Torrid- they always have a great cut and nice details like the back cut out of this one. The skirt I bought way earlier this year, maybe even last year and I’m sorry I didn’t share it sooner. The flow of the fabric! The ripple of the pleats! That color tho! I’ve recently discovered how much I love wearing cobalt blue.

Hey Guys & Dolls!
As a plus size woman, heck, as ANY woman, finding the swimsuit of my dreams isn’t an easy task. Earlier this year I picked up this St. Tropez swimsuit from Sea by Monif C. It is the most spectacular suit- it makes me feel powerful, sexy and a little whimsical with all the fringe! It’s very low cut, which is something in the past I’ve been self conscious about. I’m turning 30 at the end of the summer, and I’m done apologizing for my mega mammaries; they are part of me, and I just want to look and feel good and maybe a little sexy this summer. I still love a great swim coverup for those times it gets a bit chilly or so I don’t have to get totally redressed while I take a break on dry land for a sip of lemonade. Here’s a great sarong I got from Torrid + three ways to wear it. It can be hard to find one long enough to wear my fave way: twisted at the neck like a dress- it looks sexy and chic. I’m also sharing this beautiful summer party worthy Hell Bunny Vixen dress from Modcloth. There’s so much to love about it from the cotton fabric, to the neckline and whimsical style and the full skirt it downright twirl-worthy.
Thanks for watching, and to all my subscribers Luv Ya, just be yourself! k bye bye bye!

Sweater, Blouse, Belt, Leggings, Boots, Bag
Hi Guys & Dolls!
A few days ago, While doing a little shopping in the Montclair neighborhood in Oakland I asked Mikey to whip out the iphone and snap a few shots of my outfit. Considering these are cellphone pics I’m impressed with how good they turned out! I love sharing these types of everyday outfits- it’s like a little vignette of my life; Less posed and prim, more casual and honest. Don’t get me wrong, I love to get dolled up on the weekends, or on a random Tuesday if the mood strikes, but I rarely remember to take pics, much less find good lighting! I have some special things to share soon enough (I got a new pair of heels I’m dying to show off) but I’m curuous if you also like these simple everyday looks.
Shout-out to Pantone’s color of the year Marsala! I love this choice, not just for the color itself but also for the colors that compliment it and how well it will transition from spring/summer and then to fall. Last year’s choice, Radiant Orchid is beautiful, but more tricky to harmonize- it was best as a pop of color. This one (at least to me) seems easier to integrate as a neutral, with neutrals, and is more open to interpretation. I know my sweater is a deeper color than the true Panetone “Marsala” but you still get the vibe of the color and that’s the point. The color play in this outfit makes me so happy! The warm red cardigan and the rust boots are playing nice with the deep grey taupe of my blouse and pale taupe bag. Nothing matches, but when colors are harmonious they don’t have to!
